I completed my Medical School Studies at University of Guadalajara<\/b> graduating with honors. I studied my residency on General Surgery<\/strong> at the prestigious Instituto de Ciencias M\u00e9dicas y Nutrici\u00f3n Salvador Zubiran<\/strong> the best center nationwide for this specialty, backed by the National Autonomous University of M\u00e9xico (UNAM)<\/strong> I also had the opportunity to attend an international rotation at the Alamaba Univeristy in Birmingham<\/strong>, USA. I got certified as a General Surgeon by the Mexican Council of General Surgery<\/strong>I later completed a fellowship on Endocrine Surgery and Advanced Laparoscopy<\/strong> where I was able to rotate at the MD Anderson Cancer Center<\/strong> in the United States,<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

On 2014 I started my subspecialty on Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery<\/strong> under the direction of Professor Jos\u00e9 Gurerrerosantos at the prestigious Jalisco's Institute of Reconstructive Surgery<\/strong>, one of the best Plastic Surgery centers in Latin America. During my time there, I performed surgeries of different types in all fields of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery, such as breast reconstruction, skin injury surgery, hand surgery, burns, facial aesthetic surgery and body contouring, as well as post-massive weight loss plastic surgery. I did rotations abroad at the Memorial Sloan Cancer Center<\/strong> in New York, Toronto General Hospital<\/strong> in Canada and at the MD Anderson Cancer Center<\/strong> in Houston.<\/p>

I won the national prize \"Dr. Fernando Ortiz Monasterio\", <\/strong>for best research work for my subspecialty thesis and participated in academic activities within the Mexican Association of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
